摘　　要：文化系统理论是帕森斯理论体系的核心,是解决社会整合与变迁问题的关键。帕森斯认为,文化系统作为价值取向在行动系统中具有控制地位,文化系统通过定则化为社会秩序和内在化于人格系统来实现社会强制。帕森斯文化系统理论旨向构建共同价值体系,回答社会整合的时代问题,并以构建共同的终极价值观为目标,将互动制度化为终极价值,因而其思想具有重要的理论价值与现实意义。Cultural system theory is at the core of Parsons'theoretical framework and is crucial for addressing issues of social integration and change.Parsons posits that the cultural system,as a value orientation,holds a controlling position within the action system.The cultural system achieves social coercion by institutionalizing norms into social order and internalizing them within the personality system.Parsons'cultural system theory aims to construct a shared value system,addressing contemporary challenges of social integration.Its goal is to establish a common set of ultimate values,formalizing interactive systems into ultimate values.Therefore,his ideas possess significant theoretical value and practical significance.
