摘 要:钛硅分子筛(TS–1)由于本身的结构特点使其成为环己酮氨肟化反应的首选催化剂,其催化的反应具有速率快、条件温和以及副产物少等特点,但使用寿命短、不易回收等问题严重制约了其工业化发展。目前已证明造成TS–1失活的主要原因是骨架结构的破坏和孔道的堵塞。针对这些原因,从孔道优化、结构稳定性和重复使用性等方面详述了TS–1在氨肟化反应领域的研究进展,并对其催化机理进行了探讨,展望了TS–1未来的研究方向。Titanium silicalite(TS-1)has become the preferred catalyst for cyclohexanone ammoximation reaction due to its own structural characteristics.The reaction catalyzed by TS-1 is characterized by fast rate,mild conditions and few by-products,but the problems including short service life,difficulty in recycling,etc.have seriously restricted its industrial development.It has been proved that the main reasons causing TS-1 deactivation are the destruction of the skeleton structure and blockage of the pore channels.In response to these reasons,the research progress of TS-1 in the ammoximation reaction field is detailed from the aspects of pore channel optimization,structural stability and reusability,etc.,and its catalytic mechanism is explored,and the future research directions of TS-1 are also prospected.
