摘  要:蒽醌法过氧化氢流化床工艺近年来发展迅猛,采用微球钯催化剂的2–烷基蒽醌加氢三相流化床反应器是该工艺的核心。在50~65℃、0.10~0.25 MPa的实验条件下测量了采用微球Pd/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂的2–乙基蒽醌加氢反应性能,并建立了反应动力学模型。结果表明:幂指数型动力学模型能较好地预测搅拌釜式反应器中微球Pd/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂上2–乙基蒽醌加氢反应性能,动力学模型方程中2–乙基蒽醌的反应级数是0.8530,氢气的反应级数为0.4278。微球Pd/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂上2–乙基蒽醌加氢反应动力学的研究对于催化剂的工业化应用以及气–液–固三相流化床反应器的设计具有重要的指导意义。The fluidized bed process for producing hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone method has been developed rapidly in recent years,and the core of this process was the triple phase fluidized bed reactor for the hydrogenation of 2-alkylanthraquinone using the microspherical palladium catalysts.The hydrogenation reaction performance of 2-ethylanthraquinone using the microspherical Pd/Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts was determined under the experimental conditions of 50~65℃and 0.10~0.25 MPa,and the reaction kinetic model was established.The results showed that the power exponent kinetic model could effectively predict the hydrogenation reaction performance of 2-ethylanthraquinone over the microspherical Pd/Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts in the stirred tank reactor,and the reaction order for 2-ethylanthraquinone in the kinetic model equations was 0.8530,and the reaction order of hydrogen gas was 0.4278.The research of hydrogenation reaction kinetics of 2-ethylanthraquinone over the microspherical Pd/Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts was of great significance as a guide for the industrial application of catalysts and the design of gas-liquid-solid three-phase fluidized bed reactors.
