摘 要:基于两步法新工艺合成了热固性环保型酚醛树脂。采用不同的升温速率,利用差示扫描量热仪将所合成的树脂于80~240℃所发生的固化行为进行了同步记录,并运用Kissinger方程和Ozawa方程对树脂的固化行为进行动力学分析。结果表明,随升温速率的增加,树脂固化的峰值温度逐渐向高温方向平移;通过Kissinger法拟合直线计算出热固性环保型酚醛树脂固化反应的表观活化能为130.36 kJ/mol,通过Ozawa法计算出热固性环保型酚醛树脂的固化反应表观活化能为130.70 kJ/mol,2种方法计算所得结果均低于传统热固性酚醛树脂的固化反应表观活化能。The thermosetting environmentally friendly phenolic resin was synthesized based on a new two-step process.The curing behavior of the synthesized resin in the range of 80~240℃was synchronously recorded using differential scanning calorimeter with different heating rates,and the curing behavior of the resin was dynamically analyzed using Kissinger equation and Ozawa equation.The results showed that with the increase of heating rate,the peak temperature of resin curing gradually shifted towards the direction of high temperature;the apparent activation energy of the curing reaction of the thermosetting environmentally friendly phenolic resin was calculated to be 130.36 kJ/mol by fitting a straight line using the Kissinger method,and the apparent activation energy of the curing reaction of the thermosetting environmentally friendly phenolic resin was calculated to be 130.70 kJ/mol using the Ozawa method.The results calculated with both methods were lower than the apparent activation energy of the curing reaction of traditional thermosetting phenolic resin.
