摘  要:以聚己二酸丁二醇酯为软段,以二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和1,4–丁二醇为硬段,添加不同种类的增塑剂,合成热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)弹性体。研究了不同种类增塑剂对TPU耐低温性能、力学性能、加工黏度以及耐老化性能的影响。结果表明:苯甲酸酯类增塑剂增塑的TPU耐低温性能最好,该增塑剂与TPU的相容性最佳;乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯增塑的TPU加工黏度最大,力学性能及耐紫外老化最优。Using polybutylene adipate as the soft segment,diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI)and 1,4-butanediol(BDO)as the rigid segments,thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)elastomers were synthesized by adding different types of plasticizers.The effects of different types of plasticizers on the low temperature resistance performance,mechanical performance,processing viscosity and aging resistance performance of TPU were investigated.The results showed that TPU plasticized with benzoate plasticizers had the best low temperature resistance performance,and the compatibility between such plasticizer and TPU was the best;the TPU plasticized with acetyl tributyl citrate had the highest processing viscosity,and optimal mechanical performance and UV aging resistance performance.
