摘  要:以肼类燃料泄漏可视化原位检测为研发目标,共筛选制备了13种活性材料,进行了变色性能测试。其中1号和8号2种活性材料对肼、甲基肼及偏二甲肼3种肼类燃料(简称三肼),分别具有不同的变色响应能力,对体积分数为50×10^(–6)的三肼气体可在5 min内发生变色。应用这2种活性材料分别制备变色硅胶和变色涂料,其中1号活性材料制备的变色硅胶及变色涂料可用于肼及甲基肼的检测,在体积分数1%肼气体中3 min可发生明显变色,在体积分数1%甲基肼气体中10 min可发生明显变色;8号活性材料制备的变色硅胶及变色涂料可应用于对3种肼类燃料的检测,且在体积分数1%的三肼气体中均可在3 min内发生变色。变色硅胶和变色涂料都可通过变色效果清晰的指示泄漏具体位置。变色硅胶对甲醇、甲醛、甲烷、氨气及二甲胺均不具有反应活性。以变色硅胶和变色涂料为代表的可视化泄漏检测方式,测试结果良好,可有效促进肼类燃料泄漏检测技术的进一步发展。With the objective of in-situ detection of hydrazine-based fuel leakage visualization,a total of 13 kinds of active materials were screened and prepared,and their chromotropic performance was tested.Among them,two active materials,No.1 and No.8 had different chromotropic responses on three hydrazine-based fuels(referred as three hydrazines),namely hydrazine,methylhydrazine and unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine.Three hydrazine gases with a volume fraction of 50×10^(–6)could change color within 5 min.These two types of active materials were used to prepare allochroic silica gel and allochroic coating,respectively.The allochroic silica gel and allochroic coating prepared by No.1 active material could be used to determine hydrazine and methylhydrazine,the obvious color changing occurred within 3 min in the hydrazine gas with volume fraction of 1%,and occurred within 10 min in the methylhydrazine gas with volume fraction of 1%.The allochroic silica gel and allochroic coating prepared by No.8 active material could be used to determine said three kinds of hydrazine-based fuels,and the color changing all occurred within 3 min in three hydrazine gases with volume fraction of 1%.Both the allochroic silica gel and allochroic coating could clearly indicate the specific leakage location through the chromotropic effects.The allochroic silica gel had no reactivity towards methanol,formaldehyde,methane,ammonia and dimethylamine.The visualization leakage determination modes represented by the allochroic silica gel and allochroic coating had good determination results,and could effectively promote the further development of the leakage determination technique for hydrazine-based fuels.
