摘 要:探讨了用六氢吡啶法测定鞋底原液NCO值的实验过程中,由测量重复性、称量过程及基准物本身稳定性等因素所带来的不确定度分量,计算了测定鞋底原液NCO值的合成不确定度及扩展不确定度。结果表明,采用六氢吡啶法测量鞋底原液NCO值的扩展不确定度为0.04%。During the experimental process of determining the NCO value of the sole stock solution using the hexahydropyridine method,the uncertainty components caused by the factors such as measurement repeatability,weighing process and stability of the reference material itself were discussed.The synthetic uncertainty and extended uncertainty for determining the NCO value of the sole stock solution were calculated.The results showed that the extended uncertainty of determining the NCO value of the sole stock solution using the hexahydropyridine method was 0.04%.
