摘 要:目的:探讨虾青素单棕榈酸酯与羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)的包合。方法:优化主客体摩尔比、包合温度、溶剂用量、搅拌速率、包合时间等对包合率的影响。结果:虾青素单棕榈酸酯2.8 mg、HP-β-CD 200 mg,按照1∶40的摩尔比例,溶剂用量为2 mL二氯甲烷+8 mL甲醇,30℃避光反应24 h,搅拌速率为100 r/min,包合率可达76.95%。结论:虾青素单棕榈酸酯可与HP-β-CD很好包合,形成的包合物具有良好的热稳定性。Objective:To study the inclusion of astaxanthin monopalmitate with hydroxypropylβ-cyclodextrin(HP-β-CD).Methods:The effects of molar ratio of host and guest,inclusion temperature,amount of solvent,stirring rate and inclusion time on the inclusion yield were optimized.Results:The optimal condition was 2.8 mg of astaxanthin monopalmitate and 200 mg of HP-β-CD,according to the molar ratio of 1∶40,2 mL CH2Cl2+8 mL CH3OH as solvent,reacting at 30℃in the dark for 24 h with a stirring speed of 100 r/min.The inclusion yield could reach 76.95%.Conclusions:Astaxanthin monopalmitate can be well included with HP-β-CD,and the resulting inclusion compound has good thermal stability.
