摘 要:在气体标准物质的研制和生产过程中,原料气纯度是影响最终量值的关键因素。本文采用带有脉冲放电氦离子化检测器(PDHID)的气相色谱仪,建立起高纯二氧化碳纯气中杂质的分析方法。以高纯二氧化碳纯气杂质分析过程为例,阐述了PDHID在标准气体标定和样品气体测试过程的操作过程,对高纯二氧化碳纯气的微量杂质进行定性分离,其定量结果通过外标法与标准气体的测试结果计算得到。结合微量水分析仪得到的水含量,采用归一化法可进一步确定了高纯二氧化碳主成分的纯度,并对其结果的不确定度进行评定,该方法可用于气体标准物质制备工序前对原料气体纯度检验和质量控制。In the development and production of gas reference materials,the purity of raw gas is a key factor affecting the final quantity value.In this manuscript,a gas chromatograph with the pulsed discharge helium ionization detector(PDHID)was used to establish a method for the analysis of impurities in high-purity carbon dioxide pure gas.Taking the impurity analysis process of high-purity carbon dioxide pure gas as an example,the operation process of PDHID in the standard gas calibration and sample gas testing was described.By qualitatively separating the trace impurities in the high-purity carbon dioxide pure gas,the quantitative results of each component were calculated by the external standard method with the test results of gas reference materials.Combined with the water concentration obtained by the microwater analyzer,the purity of the main component of high-purity carbon dioxide could be further determined by the normalization method,and the uncertainty of the results could be evaluated,which could be used for the purity inspection and quality control of the raw material gases before the preparation process of the gas reference materials.
