摘 要:目的:建立一种采用离子色谱测定氯化铁中硝酸根含量的方法。方法:在样品前处理时,加入氧化银和氢氧化钠溶液与氯化铁样品反应,形成氯化银沉淀和氢氧化铁沉淀。除去样液中的氯离子和铁离子。过滤后用离子色谱仪检测样品中的硝酸根含量。结果:氧化银能除去绝大部分的氯离子,处理后样液中的氯离子浓度不会对硝酸根的检测产生干扰。氢氧化钠除去铁离子,减少铁离子对色谱柱的污染。本方法的测定的硝酸根的方法检出限为43.9 mg/kg,相对标准偏差为2.6%,加标回收率在95%~120%,满足氯化铁中硝酸根测定的要求。结论:相比于其他的测试方法,本方法稀释倍数小,检出限低,重复性好,且成本低,具有推广意义。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of nitrate in ferric chloride by ion chromatography.Meth⁃ods:During the sample pretreatment,silver oxide and sodium hydroxide solution were added to the ferric chloride sample to form silver chloride precipitation and ferric hydroxide precipitation.Remove chloride and iron ions from the sample solution.After filtration,the content of nitrate in the sample was detected by ion chromatograph.Results:Most of the chloride ions could be removed by silver oxide,and the concentration of chloride ions in the treated solution would not interfere with the detection of nitrate.Sodium hydroxide removes iron ions and reduces the pollution of iron ions to the chromatographic column.The detection limit of nitrate was 43.9 mg/kg,the relative standard deviation was 2.6%,and the recovery rate was 95%-120%,which met the requirement of determination of nitrate in ferric chloride.Conclusion:Compared with other test methods,this method has the advantages of low dilution ratio,low detection limit,good repeatability and low cost.
