摘 要:为测饱和氟化钠溶液中砷含量,利用硝酸和高氯酸对样品进行消解,以去除饱和氟化钠溶液中的氟,将其降至10 mg/kg以下,避免氟离子对原子荧光光谱仪中元件的损伤;以盐酸为介质,用硫脲-抗坏血酸作为还原剂,使溶液中五价砷被还原成三价砷,再用原子荧光光谱仪测定溶液中的砷含量。本方法测试饱和氟化钠中砷含量,相关系数不低于0.999,相对标准偏差不大于5%,检出限为0.008 mg/kg,回收率为93.1%~116%,操作简便,准确可靠。In order to measure the arsenic content in saturated sodium fluoride solution,use nitric acid and nitric acid perchloric acid to remove the fluoride solution to less than 10 mg/kg to avoid the damage of fluoride ion to elements in atomic spectrofluorometer;use hydrochloric acid as the medium,use thiouide-ascorbic acid as reducing agent to reduce the pentavalent arsenic in the solution to trivalent arsenic,and then determine the arsenic content in the solution by atomic fluorescence spectrometer.This method tests the arsenic content of saturated sodium fluoride,the correlation coefficient is not lower than 0.999,the relative standard deviation is not more than 5%,the detection limit is 0.008 mg/kg,and the recovery rate is 93.1%-116%.This method is easy to operate,accurate and reliable.
