探究不同土液比对使用微波消解仪提取土壤中草甘膦的影响

摘  要:针对使用超声提取土壤中草甘膦过程时,产生的容器底部土壤样品易于板结、超声萃取效果不一致的问题,试验了使用微波消解仪来提取土壤中草甘膦。当土壤和磷酸钠、柠檬酸钠提取液的土液比为2∶7时,放入微波消解仪中,按照100 W的功率维持40℃提取30 min,在0.050 mg/kg~1.000 mg/kg的浓度范围内,草甘膦在土壤中的平均回收率为91.19%~103.14%,变异系数为1.37%~4.48%。微波提取土壤中草甘膦的精密度和回收率符合HJ 1055-2019《土壤和沉积物草甘膦的测定高效液相色谱法》标准方法对实验测试的要求。本文探索采用微波消解提取土壤中草甘膦的方法,通过实验得出结论:当土液比为2∶7时实验经济性和回收率效果都是很好的,且便于大批量测试时应用。In response to the issues of soil sample caking at the bottom of the container and inconsistent ultrasonic extraction efficiency during the extraction of glyphosate in soil,an experiment was conducted using a microwave digestion system to extract glyphosate.When the soil-to-sodium phosphate-to-sodium citrate solvent ratio was 2∶7,the sample was placed in the microwave digestion system,maintained at 40°C with a power of 100 W for 30 minutes.Across a concentration range of 0.050 mg/kg to 1.000 mg/kg,the average recovery rate of glyphosate in soil ranged from 91.19%to 103.14%,with a coefficient of variation of 1.37%to 4.48%.The precision and recovery rate of glyphosate extraction using microwave digestion in soil met the requirements of the standard method HJ 1055-2019<Determination of Glyphosate in Soil and Sediment by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography>.This article explores the method of using microwave-assisted extraction to extract glyphosate from soil.Through experimentation,it is concluded that a soil-to-liquid ratio of 2∶7 is both cost-effective and yields a high recovery rate,making it suitable for large-scale testing applications.
