摘 要:采用新型光电直读光谱仪对金锭产品进行检测。通过压片方式取代传统预处理方法,利用电火花激发样品产生原子发射光谱,大大加快了检测速度。采用多个金基体标准样品拟合建立工作曲线,实现了金锭产品中25种杂质元素的快速检测,其线性相关系数大于0.994,方法的精密度为0.65%~9.01%,与标准样品偏差为0.0001%~0.0007%,与ICP-AES法检测结果基本一致,准确度与精密度符合要求,满足日常检测要求,适合于黄金冶炼企业使用。The new photoelectric direct reading spectrometer was used to detect the gold ingot products,replacing the traditional pre-processing method by pressing the tablet,and using electrical sparks to stimulate the sample to generate atom emitting spectrum,which greatly accelerated the detection efficiency.The working curve was established with a variety of standard samples of the golden matrix to achieve the rapid detection of 25 impurities elements in gold ingot products.Its linear correlation coefficient is greater than 0.994,the precision of the method is 0.65%-9.01%,and the accuracy difference is to the accuracy.0.0001%-0.0007%,which is basically consistent with the test results of the ICP-AES method.The accuracy and precision meet the requirements of daily testing,and are suitable for gold smelting enterprises.
