摘  要:创新基础设施建设是制造业转型升级的“助推器”,也是中国提升出口技术复杂度的强力支撑。从理论层面阐释了创新基础设施建设对提升制造业出口技术复杂度的影响,并以2012—2022年中国30个省份(不含西藏、香港地区、澳门地区和台湾地区)的面板数据为样本,实证检验了其作用机制与路径。结论如下:创新基础设施建设能通过技术溢出效应和竞争效应提升制造业出口技术复杂度,该结论经过多重稳健性检验依然成立;行业异质性检验结果表明,相较于中、低端技术制造业,高端技术制造业出口技术复杂度的提升受创新基础设施建设影响更为显著;中介效应结果表明,创新基础设施建设能够通过促进技术创新和虚拟集聚提升制造业出口技术复杂度。Innovation infrastructure construction is a“booster”for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,and it is also a strong support for China to enhance the technological complexity of export.This paper theoretically explains the impact of innovation infrastructure construction on improving the the technological complexity of manufacturing export,and empirically tests its mechanism and path by taking the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2022 as samples.The conclusions are as follows:Innovation infrastructure construction can improve the technological complexity of manufacturing export through technology spillover effects and competition effects,which is still valid after multiple robustness tests;The results of the industry heterogeneity test show that compared to the medium and low-end technology manufacturing industry,the improvement of export technology complexity of high-end technology manufacturing industry is more significantly affected by innovation infrastructure construction;The results of intermediary effect show that innovation infrastructure construction can improve the technological complexity of manufacturing export by promoting technological innovation and virtual agglomeration。
