中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：分析中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果。选取2021年5月—2023年5月100例存在冠心病心绞痛的患者作为研究对象,将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例。对照组采取西医治疗(苯磺酸氨氯地平片+阿托伐他汀钙片+单硝酸异山梨酯片+阿司匹林肠溶片),观察组在对照组的基础上联合使用怡心逐瘀汤治疗,对比两组患者治疗有效率、心绞痛发作频率等指标。结果显示,治疗后,观察组治疗有效率、心绞痛发作次数等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,中西医结合治疗对患有冠心病心绞痛的患者疗效明显,其能够有效控制患者的心绞痛症状,值得推广使用。Analyze the effectiveness of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease.Selecting 100 patients with coronary heart disease angina from May 2021 to May 2023 as the research subjects,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine(amlodipine besylate tablets+atorvastatin calcium tablets+isosorbide mononitrate tablets+aspirin enteric coated tablets),while the observation group was treated with Yixin Zhuyu decoction in addition to the control group.The effective rate of treatment and the frequency of angina attacks were compared between the two groups of patients.The results showed that after treatment,the effective rate of treatment and the number of angina attacks in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with coronary heart disease angina.It can effectively control the symptoms of angina and is worth promoting and using.
