多部门协作干预对碳青霉烯类抗菌药物合理使用的影响研究

摘　　要：探究多部门协作干预对碳青霉烯类抗菌药物合理使用的影响。选取2019年3月—2022年3月300例接受碳青霉烯类抗菌药物治疗的患者为研究对象,采用双盲法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各150例。对照组按照标准流程给药,观察组行多部门协作干预,对比两组患者用药前会诊率、使用前微生物送检率、紧急情况使用药物率、用药不合理率。结果显示,观察组用药前会诊率、使用前微生物送检率较对照组更高、紧急情况使用药物率和用药不合理率较对照组更低(P<0.05)。研究发现,于碳青霉烯类抗菌药物使用过程中行多部门协作干预,可提高患者的用药前会诊率、使用前微生物送检率,降低紧急情况使用药物率,有利于控制用药不合理情况的发生,促进临床科室规范合理用药。Exploring the impact of multi departmental collaborative intervention on the rational use of carbapenem antibiotics.300 patients who received treatment with carbapenem antibiotics from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group using a double-blind method,with 150 patients in each group.The control group was given medication according to standard procedures,while the observation group underwent multi departmental collaborative intervention.The pre medication consultation rate,pre use microbiological testing rate,emergency drug use rate,and medication irrationality rate were compared between the two groups of patients.The results showed that the observation group had higher rates of pre medication consultation and pre use microbiological testing compared to the control group,and lower rates of emergency drug use and irrational drug use compared to the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that collaborative intervention among multiple departments during the use of carbapenem antibiotics can improve patients’pre medication consultation rates,pre use microbiological testing rates,reduce emergency drug use rates,help control the occurrence of irrational drug use,and promote standardized and rational drug use in clinical departments.
