加速康复外科理念在老年髋部骨折围术期手术室护理中的效果研究

摘　　要：探究在老年髋部骨折围术期手术室护理中应用加速康复外科理念的效果。选取2023年6月—2024年6月荆门市人民医院收治的60例老年髋部骨折患者为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用加速康复外科理念,比较两组患者护理效果。结果显示,观察组手术时间、住院时间和下床活动时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,观察组的VAS评分低于对照组、生活质量评分高于对照组、护理总满意率高于对照组、并发症总发生率低于对照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,加速康复外科理念能够优化围术期的护理措施,包括术前准备、术中操作和术后护理,可降低患者并发症的发生风险,加快患者的康复速度,提高患者的手术成功率和生活质量。Exploring the application effect of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing for elderly patients with hip fractures in the operating room.Sixty elderly patients with hip fractures admitted to Jingmen People’s Hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received accelerated rehabilitation surgery concepts.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the observation group had shorter surgical time,hospitalization time,and bed activity time than the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,the overall satisfaction rate of nursing was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group.The data differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery can optimize perioperative nursing measures,including preoperative preparation,intraoperative procedures,and postoperative care.It can reduce the risk of complications in patients,accelerate their recovery,and improve their surgical success rate and quality of life.
