喉癌术后并发疼痛的临床护理效果研究

摘　　要：分析对耳鼻喉科喉癌术后疼痛患者实施临床护理的效果。选取2022年1月—2023年11月滨州医学院附属医院耳鼻喉科74例喉癌术后并发疼痛的患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各37例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施针对性护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果显示,观察组术后12 h、24 h、48 h以及72 h的VAS疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);施护后,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均低于施护前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);施护后,两组患者的SF-36评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者的PSQI评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对于耳鼻喉科喉癌术后并发疼痛的患者实施针对性护理可减轻患者的疼痛感,改善患者的负性情绪,提高患者的生活质量以及睡眠质量,有助于和谐护患关系的建立。Analyze the effect of clinical nursing on postoperative pain in patients with laryngeal cancer in the department of otolaryngology.74 patients with postoperative pain in laryngeal cancer at the Department of Otolaryngology,Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Patients were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received targeted nursing care.The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the VAS pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 12,24,48,and 72 hours after surgery(P<0.05);After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of both groups of patients were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the SF-36 scores of both groups of patients increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The PSQI scores of both groups of patients decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);The overall satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that targeted nursing for patients with postoperative pain in otolaryngology and laryngeal cancer can alleviate their pain,improve their negative emotions,enhance their quality of life and sleep,and help establish a harmonious nurse patient relationship.
