护理专案在提高手术室标本规范执行率中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：探究护理专案在提高手术室标本规范执行率中的应用效果。设定2023年1月—2023年12月为研究时间,选择11000例手术室病理标本进行研究,根据研究时间分组,2023年1月—2023年6月为对照组,手术室病理标本共计6000例,实施常规管理;2023年7月—2023年12月为观察组,手术室病理标本共计5000例,实施护理专案。对比两组标本规范执行率、标本管理质量评分、标本管理满意度。结果显示,与对照组相比,观察组标本规范执行率、标本管理质量评分以及标本管理满意度均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,实施护理专案可提高手术室标本规范执行率、标本管理质量评分以及标本管理满意度,临床应用价值显著。Exploring the application effect of nursing projects in improving the standardized execution rate of surgical specimens.Setting January 2023 to December 2023 as the research period,11000 surgical pathology specimens were selected for study.According to the research time,they were grouped into a control group from January 2023 to June 2023,with a total of 6000 surgical pathology specimens under routine management;From July 2023 to December 2023,a total of 5000 pathological specimens were collected in the operating room as the observation group,and nursing projects were implemented.Compare the compliance rate of two sets of specimen standards,the quality score of specimen management,and the satisfaction level of specimen management.The results showed that compared with the control group,the observation group had higher rates of standardized specimen execution,specimen management quality scores,and specimen management satisfaction,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Research has found that implementing nursing programs can improve the compliance rate of operating room specimen standards,the quality score of specimen management,and the satisfaction level of specimen management,with significant clinical application value.
