智慧城市理念在城市建筑设计中的渗透

摘　　要：科技改变生活,尤其是智能化、自动化、数字化等先进技术的出现与快速推广应用,让人们的工作生活发生翻天覆地的变化,随着民众经济条件不断改善,智能生活逐渐成为人们的生活追求目标,智慧城市、智慧楼宇等新概念应运而生,并在城市建设过程中得到越来越广泛的应用。本文主要分析智慧城市理念在城市建筑设计中的应用价值与应用策略,并梳理总结基于智慧城市理念的城市规划设计原则,以期为智慧城市建设与发展贡献一己之力。Science and technology change life,especially the emergence and rapid application of advanced technologies such as intelligence,automation and digitalization contribute to earth-shaking changes of people's work and life.With the continuous improvement of people's economic conditions,intelligent life has gradually become the goal of people's life,so smart city,smart building and other new concepts emerge and are widely applied in the process of urban construction.This paper mainly analyzes the application value and application strategy of smart city concept in urban architectural design,and summarizes the urban planning and design principles based on the smart city concept,thus contributing to the construction and development of smart city.
