摘　　要：全过程造价咨询管理涵盖了项目的各个阶段,包括决策阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段和竣工阶段等。在这些阶段中,造价咨询能够为项目提供全面的造价信息和建议,以帮助工作人员做出正确的决策和合理的投资规划。本文分析了工程建设项目全过程造价咨询管理中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决方案,以加强全过程造价咨询管理,提高项目的造价管理水平和效果。The whole-process cost consulting and management covers all stages of the project,including the decision-making stage,the design stage,the construction stage and the completion stage.In these stages,cost consulting can provide comprehensive cost information and recommendations for the project to help staff make the right decisions and rational investment planning.This paper analyzes the problems in whole-process cost consulting and management of engineering construction projects,and proposes corresponding solutions to strengthen the whole-process cost consulting and management,and improve the cost management level and effect of the project.
