摘　　要：在全球范围内,城市化和基础设施发展迅速增长,工程项目规模与复杂性也不断扩大。在这一背景下,质量控制和安全管理成为确保建筑项目成功和维护社会福祉的不可或缺的要素。本文分析建设工程管理中的质量控制与安全管理策略,以便于降低事故风险、提高项目的质量和效率,从而推动建设工程领域的可持续发展,同时也为其他相关理论研究人员提供一定的参考价值。In the global range,urbanization and infrastructure development are growing rapidly,and the scale and complexity of engineering projects are also expanding.In this context,quality control and safety management have become indispensable elements to ensure the success of construction projects and maintain the well-being of society.This paper analyzes the quality control and safety management strategy in construction engineering management,so as to reduce the risk of accidents,improve the quality and efficiency of projects,and accordingly promote the sustainable development in the field of construction engineering,and also provide some reference value for other related theoretical researchers.
