住宅工程地库顶板防水施工技术与控制要点分析

摘　　要：地下室是现代建筑的重要组成部分,当地库顶板发生渗漏时,会导致地下室受灾部位功能废弃、物资损失,严重时还可能危及上部建筑的安全。本文基于工程实例,从混凝土裂缝和顶板后浇带两个方面对地库顶板混凝土工程的控制要点进行了简要分析,并研究分析了地库顶板防水施工的控制要点以及施工技术,以期为提高住宅工程地库顶板防水的施工质量提供参考。Basement is an important part of modern buildings.Once the leakage of basement roof occurs,it will lead to the functional rejection at the affected parts of the basement and the loss of materials,and even endanger the safety of the superstructure in serious cases.Based on project examples,this paper briefly analyzes the control points of basement roof concrete engineering from two aspects:concrete cracks and roof post-cast strip,and studies and analyzes the control points and construction technology of basement roof waterproof construction,so as to provide reference for improving the basement roof waterproof construction quality in residential engineering.
