试析大跨度型钢混凝土梁施工技术要点

摘　　要：与传统钢筋混凝土结构相比,型钢混凝土结构具有显著优势,例如承载力提高、刚度增大以及抗震性能优化等。鉴于此,本文结合实际案例,阐释了型钢混凝土梁施工的工艺原理,探究了大跨度型钢混凝土梁施工技术要点,涉及钢柱吊装、钢梁吊装、焊接与焊接验收、型钢梁钢筋绑扎、侧模板安装与加固、混凝土浇筑与养护、模板拆除等。Compared with the traditional reinforced concrete structure,the steel reinforced concrete structure has significant advantages,such as the improved bearing capacity,the increased stiffness and the optimized seismic performance.In view of this condition,this paper explains the construction process principle of girder with rolled steel section encased in concrete based on actual cases,and explores the key points of construction technology of large-span girder with rolled steel section encased in concrete,involving steel column hoisting,steel beam hoisting,welding and welding acceptance,section steel beam reinforcing steel bar lashing,lateral formwork installation and reinforcement,concrete pouring and maintenance,formwork demolition,etc.
