医院信息系统收费项目字典的维护实践与探讨

摘　　要：收费项目字典是医院收取医疗费用的依据和来源,通过信息化手段及时准确地对收费项目字典进行维护可以从源头上杜绝不合理费用的产生。本文在对医院信息系统和字典简单介绍的基础上,详细论述了收费项目字典维护的要点和难点,指出了收费项目字典设置存在的问题,最后提炼出字典在设计以及后期维护的一些观点和看法,以期为同行业提供参考和借鉴。The dictionary of charging items is the basis and source for hospitals to collect medical expenses.Timely and accurate maintenance of the dictionary of charging items through information means can prevent unreasonable expenses from the source.Based on the brief introduction of hospital information system and dictionary,this paper discusses the key points and difficulties of maintaining the dictionary of charging items in detail,points out the existing problems in the setting of the dictionary of charging items,and finally extracts some views and opinions on the design and later maintenance of the dictionary,with a view to providing reference for the same industry.
