摘  要:制造业领域开发了一项创新技术,该技术深度融合了UG与特定的软件模块,用于加工不同表面,从而提高生产效率、降低成本并减少加工涡轮叶片的周期时间。本文描述了使用与5轴CNC机床集成的UG NXCAD/CAM软件优化刀具路径。涡轮叶片的初始模型在UG NX CAD中构建,随后利用UG NX CAM软件的高级功能进行刀具路径的规划与优化。加工完成后,涡轮叶片通过先进的3D坐标测量仪进行全面检测,结果显示,采用该技术加工的涡轮叶片在尺寸精度上达到了极高的标准,偏差极小,充分验证了该技术在提升加工质量与效率方面的卓越性能。An innovative technology has been developed in the manufacturing field.This technology deeply integrates UG with specific software modules and is used for machining different surfaces,thereby increasing production efficiency,reducing costs,and reducing cycle time for machining turbine blades.This paper describes the optimization of toolpaths using UG NX CAD/CAM software integrated with 5-axis CNC machine tool.The initial model of turbine blade is established in UG NX CAD,then the toolpath planning and optimization are performed using the advanced functions of UG NX CAM software.After the machining is completed,the turbine blades are fully inspected by an advanced 3D coordinate measuring instrument.The results show that,the turbine blades processed using this technology have reached a very high standard in dimensional accuracy with minimal deviation,which fully verifies the excellent performance of this technology in improving machining quality and efficiency.
