摘  要:伴随天然气贸易活动和消费规模的迅速攀升,流量计在贸易交接计量环节中的应用日渐广泛,由此导致的流量计检定需求激增,使得国内各大天然气计量检定机构正处在满负荷运作的状态。本文就我国天然气流量计检定技术及其优化控制策略进行研究,针对当前检定站存在的效率、精度、成本等问题,深入剖析现状并提出一套以智能化、智慧化为核心理念的优化控制方案。With the rapid rise of natural gas trade activities and consumption scale,the application of flow meters is increasingly wide in trade transfer measurement link,resulting in an increasing demand for flow meter calibration,so that the major natural gas meter calibration institutions in China are in a state of full load operation.In this paper,the natural gas flow meter calibration technology and its optimization control strategy in China are studied,and the current situation is analyzed in view of the problems of efficiency,accuracy and cost in the current calibration station,and a set of optimization control scheme with intelligence and smart as the core concept is proposed.
