摘 要:无损检测技术作为一种先进的检测手段,能够准确发现电力设备中的潜在缺陷、有效预防故障发生,从而延长设备使用寿命并降低检修成本。本文介绍了电力设备检测中常用的无损检测技术的特点及工作原理。通过案例研究,详细展示了这些无损检测技术在识别变压器故障、汽轮机叶片表面缺陷、电力设备温度异常等故障,以及锅炉压力容器检验、管道检测等检修维护中的具体应用。本文旨在为电力设备故障诊断与检测提供有效的技术支持与参考。As an advanced testing method,non-destructive testing technology can accurately find potential defects in electric power equipment and effectively prevent failures,so as to prolong the service life of equipment and reduce maintenance costs.This paper introduces the characteristics and working principles of non-destructive testing technologies commonly used in electric power equipment testing.Through case studies,the specific applications of these non-destructive testing technologies in identifying transformer faults,surface defects of steam turbine blades,abnormal temperature of electric power equipment,as well as overhaul and maintenance such as boiler pressure vessel inspection and pipeline inspection are demonstrated in detail.The purpose of this paper is to provide effective technical support and reference for fault diagnosis and testing of electric power equipment.
