摘　　要：配电网面临着自然灾害、设备故障、人为破坏和网络安全等多样化的风险挑战。本文针对这些风险,开展了系统性研究,构建了智能风险评估模型,提出了优化配电网规划设计的原则和途径,探索了基于物联网、大数据等新技术的创新风险管控策略,并从多角度提出了加强配电网安全防护的政策建议。Distribution network faces diverse risk challenges such as natural disasters,equipment failures,artificial destruction,and network security.In view of these risks,this paper carries out systematic research,constructs an intelligent risk assessment model,proposes the principles and ways to optimize the distribution network planning and design,explores the innovative risk management and control strategies based on new technologies such as the Internet of Things and big data,and puts forward policy suggestions for strengthening the distribution network security protection from multiple perspectives.
