摘  要:目前,地调业务人员主要通过挂牌的方式对变电站信号进行管理,不同业务人员各自挂牌,没有形成闭环管理,容易出现非投运信号误上告警干扰调度员监盘。为解决这一问题,本文通过研究OCS系统遥信、遥测信号调试,投运业务流转流程,分析地调业务人员对遥信、遥测调试信号的管理特点,提出了一种遥信、遥测信号DCRE多态管理的方式,实现对信号的多态切换,使地调业务人员可以针对遥信、遥测信号的不同状态采用不同的管理方式,实现对变电站信号的全生命周期的闭环管理。At present,regional dispatchers mainly manage transformer substation signals by listing,different professional staff are listed separately without forming a closed-loop management,which can easily cause non-operational signals to be mistakenly alarmed and interfere with the supervision of dispatchers.In order to solve this problem,this article studies the debugging of remote surveillance and telemetering signals of OCS system,as well as operation business process,analyzes the management characteristics of regional dispatchers on remote surveillance and telemetering debugging signals,and proposes a DCRE polymorphic management method for remote surveillance and telemetering signals,which achieves signal polymorphic switching,enables regional dispatchers to adopt different management methods for different states of remote surveillance and telemetering signals and achieve closed-loop management of the entire lifecycle of transformer substation signals.
