珠江流域应急水量调度下珠海、澳门地区抗咸保供水措施与经验

摘　　要：2024年是珠海对澳门地区供水65年,也是水利部实施枯水期珠江“压咸补淡”应急水量调度20年。珠海立足当地“第一道防线”,通过采取完善原水系统、改善水质及优化调度等措施,充分利用总长超1300 km的应急水量调度,将过境的淡水资源在流入海口前,最大程度抢蓄至珠海本地,解决珠海、澳门地区两地枯水期喝“咸水”的问题,使得“千里调水”发挥出最大的社会和经济效益,成功保障了珠海、澳门地区两地供水安全,为类似受咸潮影响的地区提供成功的案例借鉴。The year of 2024 is the 65th year for Zhuhai city to supply water to Macao region city,and also the 20th year for the Ministry of Water Resources to implement the emergency water regulation of the Pearl River with saltwater suppressing and freshwater replenishment in dry season.Based on the local"first line of defense",Zhuhai city has taken measures such as improving the raw water system,improving water quality,and optimizing scheduling,fully utilizing the emergency water regulation with a total length of more than 1300 km to maximize the storage of freshwater resources in Zhuhai before they flow into the sea.Solving the problem of drinking salty water during the dry season in Zhuhai and Macao region has enabled the"thousand mile water diversion"to maximize social and economic benefits,successfully ensuring the safety of water supply in Zhuhai and Macao region cities.Thus provides successful case studies for regions similar to those affected by the salty tide.
