破伤风疫苗的临床使用瓶颈及销售边界分析

摘　　要：目的:分析研究破伤风疫苗的临床使用瓶颈及销售边界狭窄的原因,并提出对应策略。方法:查阅文献资料,逐项分析相关破伤风疫苗的销售边界,包括整体的、局部的、有形的、无形的,破伤风疫苗销售市场及使用范围,提出如何扩大其销售边界的建议及人群使用范围。结果:2023年统计的国民平均寿命77岁计算,每10年加强一剂,每年应使用7200万剂次、按照市场有效覆盖人群30%计算,每年应该有2000万剂次的使用量。而目前11岁以上人群,实际每年的使用量不到400万剂,每年的外伤人数是6200万人,TAT的使用每年超过6000万剂,TIG的使用量1000万剂。结论:扩大破伤风疫苗销售边界和使用范围,可有效预防或降低破伤风的发病率。Objective:To analyze the causes of clinical use bottleneck and narrow sales boundary of tetanus vaccine,and put forward corresponding strategies.Methods:By reviewing literature,the sales boundaries of tetanus vaccine were analyzed item by item,including the whole,local,tangible,intangible,sales market and use scope of tetanus vaccine,and suggestions on how to expand the sales boundaries and use scope of population were put forward.Results:Calculated that the average life expectancy of the people in 2023 is 77 years old,with one dose every 10 years,72 million doses should be used annually,and 20 million doses should be used annually according to 30%of the population effectively covered by the market.At present,the actual annual use of people over the age of 11 is less than 4 million doses,the annual number of trauma is 62 million people,the use of TAT more than 60 million doses per year,and the use of TIG is only 10 million doses.Conclusion:Expanding the sales boundary and use range of tetanus vaccine can effectively prevent or reduce the incidence of tetanus.
