New Quality Productive Forces Promote the High-quality Development of Public Sports Services

摘　　要：为探究新质生产力对公共体育服务高质量发展的重要赋能作用,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,对新质生产力与公共体育服务高质量发展的概念进行界定,并以此为基础,在科技创新、融合发展、政策保障、绿色可持续性等多维度探析新质生产力对公共体育服务高质量发展的推动作用。同时,立足当前公共体育服务发展现状,提出5条治理路径:强化制度保障;加强复合型人才培养;推动形成公共体育服务新业态;倡导公共体育服务绿色可持续发展;突破数字困境,加强数字治理等。In order to explore the significant enabling effect of new quality productive forces on the high-quality development of public sports services,the literature research method and logical analysis method are utilized to define the concepts of new quality productive forces and the high-quality development of public sports services.On this basis,the promoting effect of new quality productive forces on the high-quality development of public sports services is probed into from multiple dimensions including technological innovation,integrated development,policy guarantee,and green sustainability.Meanwhile,based on the current development situation of public sports services,five governance paths are put forward:strengthening institutional safeguards;enhancing the cultivation of compound talents;facilitating the emergence of new forms of public sports services;advocating the green and sustainable development of public sports services;surmounting digital dilemmas and reinforcing digital governance.
