摘  要:骨代谢疾病严重影响人类健康。近年来研究发现,外泌体作为一种重要的细胞间通信媒介,在多种生理和病理过程中发挥着巨大的作用。尤其在骨代谢的调节中,外泌体发挥着关键作用。外泌体携带的多种生物活性物质,如特定的蛋白质、脂质和核酸等,能够影响骨细胞的增殖、分化与凋亡。当前研究不仅深入探讨了外泌体miRNA在骨代谢疾病发生发展中的作用机制,还探索了其作为诊断标志物和治疗靶点的潜在应用。中医药在骨代谢疾病的治疗中具有独特优势,能够通过调控外泌体miRNA的分泌发挥治疗作用,在骨质疏松症、骨折、骨关节疾病、骨肿瘤以及骨代谢紊乱等多种骨代谢疾病的治疗中疗效显著。Bone metabolic diseases seriously affect human health.In recent years,it has been found that exosomes,as an important medium of intercellular communication,play a great role in a variety of physiological and pathological processes.Especially in the regulation of bone metabolism,exosomes play a key role.Exosomes carry a variety of biologically active substances,such as specific proteins,lipids and nucleic acids,which can affect the proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis of bone cells.The current study not only deeply explores the mechanism of exosomal miRNAs in the development of bone metabolic diseases,but also explores their potential applications as diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets.Traditional Chinese medicine has a unique advantage in the treatment of bone metabolic diseases,which can play a therapeutic role by regulating the secretion and function of exosomal miRNAs and has remarkable efficacy in treatment of various bone metabolic diseases,such as osteoporosis,bone fracture,bone and joint diseases,bone tumor,and bone metabolic disorders.
