摘　　要：“虚气流滞”是慢性萎缩性胃炎发生的核心病机,贯穿疾病发展变化的整个过程。慢性萎缩性胃炎以脾胃之气虚损为始发条件,痰瘀痼结为主要病理产物,气滞络损为发生病理变化的关键。脾胃为后天之本,是人体生命活动的直接动力来源,百病皆由脾胃衰而生;脾胃之气既伤,而诸病由生。故临床治疗时,应时刻顾护中焦,使脾胃之气健旺,可予四君子汤或四物汤;同时应配伍使用行气药,使补而不留滞,可予升降汤;还要注重散瘀以疏通胃络,使气血运行通畅,积聚之浊邪有路可去,可予膈下逐瘀汤;此外,湿痰瘀积之邪,应及时消解祛除,可予苓桂术甘汤。"Qi Deficiency inducing stagnation"is the core pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis,which runs through the whole process of disease development.The disease starts with the deficiency of Spleen and Stomach Qi,with Phlegm and stasis stagnation as the main pathological products,and Qi stagnation induced collateral injury as the key to pathological changes.The Spleen and Stomach are the foundation of the nurture of human,which is the direct power source of the human body′s life activities.All diseases are born from the decline of the Spleen and Stomach functions.If the Qi of the Spleen and Stomach is injured,diseases would come into being.Therefore,in clinical treatment,attention should always be paid to the care of tonifying the Middle Jiao,so that the Qi of the Spleen and Stomach is robust,for which case Sijunzi Decoction or Siwu Decoction can be used;at the same time,Qi-moving medicines should be used in combination,so as to prevent from stagnation due to tonification,for which case Shengjiang Decoction can be applied;In addition,dispersing blood stasis should be carried out in order to dredge the Stonach collaterals to help Qi and blood run smoothly and to help the Turbidity accumulated way out,for which case Gexia Zhuyu Decoction can be used;moreover,the evil factors of Dampness,Phlegm and stagnated stuff should be eliminated in a timely manner,for which case Linggui Zhugan Decoction can be applied.
