摘　　要：人体T淋巴细胞可分化为Th1、Th2两种细胞,两者处于动态平衡,而Th1/Th2向一方的漂移可能会导致免疫疾病的发生。从中医角度看,Th1/Th2的平衡似乎与中医阴阳虚实存在一定的联系。银屑病是Th1主导的免疫性疾病,通过改善Th1的漂移可以缓解该病;中医从血热论治亦可缓解银屑病,同时可以改善Th1的漂移。特应性皮炎是Th2主导的免疫性疾病,通过改善Th2的漂移可以缓解该病;中医从脾虚论治亦可缓解特应性皮炎,同时可以改善Th2的漂移。Th1主导的免疫性疾病,或以实证居多;Th2主导的免疫性疾病,或以虚证居多。Human T-lymphocytes can be differentiated into two types of cells,Th1 and Th2,which are in dynamic equilibrium,and the drift of Th1/Th2 to one side may lead to the occurrence of immune diseases.From the perspective of Chinese medicine,the balance of Th1/Th2 seems to have some connection with yin and yang deficiency in Chinese medicine.Psoriasis is a Th1-dominant immune disease that can be alleviated by improving Th1 drift;TCM treatment of blood heat can also alleviate psoriasis and improve Th1 drift at the same time.Atopic dermatitis is a Th2-dominated immune disease,which can be alleviated by improving the drift of Th2;Chinese medicine can also alleviate atopic dermatitis by treating it from the theory of spleen deficiency,and at the same time,it can improve the drift of Th2.Th1-dominated immune diseases are predominant either of excess syndrome,or deficiency syndrome.
