从形气神一体观探析卵巢早衰的病机及治疗

摘　　要：形气神一体观是中医认识生命活动和疾病演变的重要理论。卵巢早衰的发生发展全程涉及形、气、神三方面的病变,其中肾精亏虚是起病的根源,肝脾气机失调是病变的基础,心神动乱是病情进展的关键,经乱形伤是疾病的最终表现。在卵巢早衰的治疗中,应兼顾复形、调气和安神,以复形为基,培补肾元,养血柔肝;以调气为要,燮理肝脾,疏理气机;以安神为重,宁心养心,并结合心理疏导等非药物疗法,综合干预。Trinity life view of"Body,qi and spirit"is an important view of life in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in recognizing life activities and the evolution of diseases.The development of premature ovarian failure involves changes in body,Qi and spirit,in which the deficiency of Kidney Essence is the root cause of the disease,the dysfunction of Liver,Spleen and Qi is the basis of the disease,the disturbance of Heart and spirit is the key to the progress of the disease,and the disorganization of meridian Qi and body injury is the final manifestation of the disease.Therefore,in treatment of premature ovarian failure,the restoration of body,regulation of Qi and tranquillization of the spirit should be taken into account,based on the restoration of body,tonifying the Kidney and nourishing the blood and softening the Liver is to be achieved;with the regulation of Qi as the main point,adjusting the Liver and the Spleen and dredging the Qi activity is to be done;with the tranquillization of the spirit as the main point,tranquilizing and nourishing the Heart,and combining with non-pharmacological therapies,such as psychological guidance and other comprehensive interventions,is to be carried out.
