基于“脾肾相关”论治妊娠恶阻

摘　　要：妊娠恶阻病因病机为脾虚肾弱,气血失和,冲气上逆,胃失和降。主要中医证型有脾胃虚弱证、肝胃不和证、痰湿阻滞证、肝肾阴虚证等。本着治病与安胎并举的原则,中医治疗妊娠恶阻的辨证需着眼于整体观,灵活运用脾肾相关理论,重视“脾肾相关”理论在疾病中的作用,以健脾补肾、降逆安胎为主,灵活配伍清热疏肝、化痰止呕等药物,使孕妇机体气血调和,冲脉之气平顺,则胎元稳固。The etiology and pathogenesis of malignant obstruction of pregnancy are Spleen and Kidney weakness,Qi and blood disharmony,reversed Qi going upward,and Stomach Qi disharmony.The main TCM syndrome patterns include Spleen and Stomach weakness,Liver and Stomach disharmony,Phlegm and Dampness obstruction,Liver and Kidney Yin deficiency,and so on.Based on the principle of treating the disease and stabilizing the fetus at the same time,Chinese medicine treatment of malignant obstruction of pregnancy focuses on the holistic view of the disease,flexibly applies the theory of the"Spleen and Kidney correlation",emphasizing the roles of the theory in the disease,and mainly strengthens the Spleen and tonifies the Kidney,subdues the reversed Qi and stabilizes the fetus,flexibly combines with the medicines of clearing Heat and dispersing the Liver and eliminating Phlegm and stopping vomiting,so as to harmonize the pregnant woman′s body Qi and blood,to ease and smooth the Qi of the Chong meridian,and eventually the fetus would be safe and sound.
