摘　　要：针灸结合中药治疗下肢动脉粥样硬化可充分发挥药物与替代疗法的协同作用,促进血液循环,降低血栓形成率,减少炎症因子,保护营养血管,增加周边组织的灌注,从而减少坏死率,缓解患者临床症状,疗效较好。但目前针药结合治疗下肢动脉粥样硬化的理论验证有待完善,如中医多从“阴阳、寒热、虚实”等病因入手进行研究,针药结合治疗缺少现代医学的客观数据支撑,作用机制研究不足等,亟须加强基础理论研究,明确中医药治疗下肢动脉粥样硬化的作用机制,创新治疗方法,以期提高临床疗效。Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of lower limb atherosclerosis can give full play to the synergistic effect of drugs and alternative therapies,promote blood circulation,reduce the rate of thrombosis,reduce the rate of inflammatory factors,protect the nutrient blood vessels,and increase the perfusion of the surrounding tissues,thus reducing the rate of necrosis and alleviating the clinical symptoms of patients,and the therapeutic efficacy is relatively good.However,at present,the theoretical validation of combined treatment of lower limb atherosclerosis with acupuncture and medicine needs to be improved,such as Chinese medicine mostly starts from the etiology of"Yin or Yang,Cold or Heat,deficiency or excess"to conduct research,and the combination of acupuncture and medicine lacks of objective data support of modern medicine,and the mechanism of action of acupuncture and medicine is insufficiently researched.There is an urgent need to strengthen basic theoretical research,clarify the mechanism of Chinese medicine treatment of lower limb atherosclerosis,and innovate treatment methods to improve clinical efficacy.
