摘　　要：肝性脊髓病是慢性肝病进程中出现的罕见神经系统并发症,以双下肢对称性痉挛性瘫痪为主要症状,致残率极高,西医对该病尚无公认治疗方法,中医药治疗该病有独特优势。全国名中医赵文霞教授认为,肝性脊髓病病机为脾失健运、肝失濡养、肾精亏损,肝风、痰浊、瘀血夹杂其中,皆责之筋脉失养,治疗以“益气健脾,培中土;养血柔肝,燮肝木;益肾填精,壮本源;熄风化痰活血,祛内邪”为治则,辅以中药直肠滴入、针刺、虎符铜砭刮痧等中医特色疗法,延缓肝性脊髓病的进展并促进患者康复。Hepatic myelopathy is a rare neurological complication that occurs in the process of chronic liver disease,with symmetrical spastic paralysis of both lower limbs as the main symptom,and the disability rate is extremely high,and there is no recognized treatment for this disease in western medicine,but traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in treating this disease.According to Prof.Zhao Wenxia,a national famous Chinese medicine practitioner,the pathogenesis of hepatic myelopathy is Spleen weakness,Liver malnourishment and Kidney Essence deficiency,mixed with Liver Wind,Phlegm and blood stasis,because of the loss of nourishment of the tendons and meridians.Therefore,the treatment principle should be"benefiting Qi and strengthen Spleen to cultivate the Earth,nourishing blood and softening the Liver to harmonize the functions of the Liver,benefiting the Kidney and filling up the Essence to strengthen the origin,quenching Wind,removing Phlegm and activating the blood flow to dispelling the internal evil factors".The treatment is complemented with"rectal drip of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture,Hufu copper acupuncture and scrapping therapy"to delay the progress of hepatic spinal cord disease and promote recovery.
