摘　　要：目的:通过数据挖掘探讨张炳厚教授治疗慢性肾脏病3—5期非透析患者的组方规律和学术经验。方法:选取张炳厚教授2019年1月至2021年10月于首都医科大学附属北京中医医院治疗慢性肾脏病3—5期非透析患者的门诊处方,应用中医传承计算平台V3.0及FANGNET平台,对处方药物进行频次分析、关联规则与聚类分析,多维度挖掘其用药规律。结果:共纳入213首处方,涉及207味中药。药性以平、寒、温为主,药味以甘味药最多,归经主要为肾、肝、脾经。药物功效以补虚、利水渗湿、清热、收涩、温里为主。出现频次在100次以上的中药共有9味,常用的药物为熟地黄、土大黄、土茯苓等。共得到31个常用对药组合,药物关联规则16条,聚类分析获得10个新药组合。结论:张炳厚教授治疗慢性肾脏病3—5期非透析患者重视补肾泻浊,擅用滋肾泻火、清热利湿,温阳化气、利水消肿,涩补益肾、固摄精微等法,为慢性肾脏病的中医诊疗思路及方法提供参考。Objective:To explore the prescription rules and academic experience of Prof.Zhang Binghou in treating non-dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease stages 3-5 through data mining.Methods:The outpatient prescriptions of Professor Zhang Binghou for treating non-dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease stages 3-5 from January 2019 to October 2021 at Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Capital University of Medical Sciences were selected,and the Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform V3.0 and FANGNET platform were applied to conduct frequency analysis,association rule and cluster analysis of the prescribed drugs,and to explore their medication rules in a multi-dimensional way.Results:A total of 213 prescriptions involving 207 Chinese medicines were included.The medicinal properties were mainly plain,cold and warm,the medicinal flavors were most sweet,and the attributed meridians were mainly Lidney,Liver and Spleen meridians.The efficacy of the drugs was mainly to tonify deficiency,diuretic and seepage of Dampness,clearing Heat,astringent and warming the internal organs.There were 9 flavors of Chinese medicines that appeared more than 100 times,and the commonly used medicines were Shoudihuang(Radix rehmanniae praeparata),Tudahuang(Rhubarb root),Tufuling(Smilax glabra roxb),and so on.A total of 31 commonly used pairs of drug combinations were obtained,with 16 drug pair association rules,and 10 new drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion:In treatment of non-dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease stages 3-5,Professor Zhang Binghou emphasizes on tonifying the Kidney and removing Turbidity,being good at nourishing the Kidney and reducing Fire,clearing Heat and inducing Dampness,warming Yang and strengthening Qi,inducing diuresis to reduce edema,astringently tonifying and benefiting the Kidney to consolidate the Essence,which provided references to the Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment ideas and methods in treatment of non-dialysis patients with chronic kid
