摘　　要：产后腰痛属于本虚标实之证,其病机特点主要为“虚、瘀、郁”。“虚”指气血亏虚、肾气不足;“瘀”指瘀血阻络;“郁”指肝郁气滞。郭现辉教授强调“治病求本”,故以补养气血,益肾壮腰为治则,临证重用指针推拿气海穴,取其补气、行气、调气之效,从腹治阳,共达气血同调,先后天并补,阴阳平衡的目的。指针推拿法主要以揉法为主,按法为辅,同时不忘审证求因,精准取穴,注重手法补泻,根据患者情况灵活应用,以提高临床疗效。Postpartum lumbar pain belongs to the syndrome of deficiency in root and excess in symptom,and its pathogenesis is mainly characterized by"deficiency,stasis and depression"."Deficiency"refers to deficiency of Qi and blood as well as the insufficiency of Kidney Qi;"stasis"refers to obstruction of collateral due to blood stasis;and"depression"refers to Liver depression and stagnation of Qi.Professor Guo Xianhui emphasizes the principle of"treating the root of the disease",therefore,the treatment principle of the disease is to replenish Qi and blood,and to benefit the Kidneys to strengthen the waist.In clinical practice,the use of acupressure-like finger massage at Qihai acupoint is emphasized in order to achieve the effect of replenishing Qi in quantity,promoting Qi movement and regulating Qi activity.By promoting the Qang from the abdomen,Qi and blood can be regulated together,the Qi based on nature and nurthre can be replenished,and the balance of Yin and Yang is achieved.The acupuncture-like finger massage method is mainly based on kneading,supplemented by pressing,with careful examination of the syndrome and the cause,accurate acupoint taking,the flexible massage technique applying of replenishing or reducing according to patients′condition,to improve the clinical efficacy.
