续海卿对李东垣阴火理论的运用

摘　　要：李东垣创立阴火理论,认为脾胃气虚,阴火内生。其机理一方面是阴血不足,心火独盛乘土;另一方面是脾胃之湿气,下流于肾,肾间包络相火,得以乘其土位变为心火,胃间包络相火乘其土位而变为阴火,阴火乘土,影响脾胃生发运化,使各脏腑失司而百病生。阴火形成后引起的疾病主要有三方面:一是脾胃不足,气血虚弱;二是心火亢盛;三是湿气下流肝肾,下焦湿热或寒湿。临证运用扶阳气、泻阴火治疗阴火亢盛引起的疾病,通过“补脾气,升清阳”而达到“降肺津,泻阴火”的目的。In theory of Yin Fire,which was proposed by Li Dongyuan,it is believed that Yin Fire arises from the deficiency of Spleen and Stomach Qi.On the one hand,the mechanism is the deficiency of Yin and blood induces the Heart Fire flourishing itself and injuring the Earth(Spleen and Stomach);on the other hand,the Dampness of the Spleen and Stomach flows down to the Kidney,and the Xiang Fire of the collaterals of the renal envelope transformed into the Heart Fire by over-restrain the Earth,and the Xiang Fire of the collaterals of the gastric envelope transformed into the Yin Fire by over-restrain the Earth.The Yin Fire over-restrain the Earth and the functions of the Spleen and Stomach is negatively affected,and the internal Zang and Fu organs become out of order,hence the disease comes into being.Yin Fire induced disease includes three kinds:the Spleen and Stomach insufficiency induced Qi and blood weakness,Heart Fire hyperactivity and Dampness flowing down to the Liver and Kidney induced Lower Jiao Dampness Heat or Cold Dampness.The treatment of diseases caused by excessive Yin Fire is to support Yang Qi and reduce the Yin Fire.In other words,by"tonifying Spleen Qi and supporting the clear Yang Qi",the purpose of"lowering Lung Fluid and reducing Yin Fire"can be achieved.
