摘　　要：目的:观察小金丸代替王不留行籽行耳穴贴压治疗甲状腺结节的临床疗效。方法:90例良性甲状腺结节患者随机分为对照组、王不留行组和小金丸组各30例。对照组给予空白耳穴贴压(不压豆),王不留行组给予王不留行籽耳穴贴压,小金丸组给予小金丸耳穴贴压。3组均连续治疗12周,比较各组患者中医证候积分、临床疗效、结节最大直径、彩超C-TIRADS分级。结果:(1)小金丸组治疗后颈前肿大或触及结节证候积分为(4.43±1.87)分,咽喉异物感证候积分为(2.60±1.00)分,烦躁易怒证候积分为(1.92±1.04)分,胸闷、胸肋胀满证候积分为(1.68±1.07)分,纳差证候积分为(1.80±1.15)分,以上各证候积分均显著降低(P<0.05),且低于同期对照组(P<0.05);且烦躁易怒,胸闷、胸肋胀满等证候积分低于同期王不留行组(P<0.05);王不留行组除咽喉异物感证候积分外,其余证候积分低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。(2)小金丸组有效率为79.17%,王不留行组有效率为52.17%,小金丸组有效率显著高于王不留行组(P<0.05)。(3)王不留行组治疗后结节最大直径为(10.52±4.56)mm,高危率为21.74%,与本组治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);小金丸组治疗后结节最大直径为(9.76±4.33)mm,高危率为4%,与本组治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小金丸代替王不留行籽行耳穴贴压治疗甲状腺结节临床疗效显著,能够显著改善患者症状。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaojin Pill replacing Wangbuliuxing seeds(Cowherb seeds)in auricular acupoint pressing treatment of thyroid nodules.Methods:90 patients with benign thyroid nodules were randomly divided into control group,Wangbuliuxing group and Xiaojin Pill group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given blank auricular acupoint pressing(without bean seeds in pressing),Wangbuliuxing group was given Wangbu liuxing seeds in auricular acupoint pressing,and the Xiaojin Pill group was given Xiaojin Pill auricular acupoint pressing.The three groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks,and the Chinese medicine symptom scores,clinical efficacy,the maximum diameter of nodules,and the color ultrasound C-TIRADS classification were compared among the patients in the three groups.Results:(1)The symptom score of swelling or palpable nodule in the front of the neck in the Xiaojin Pill group was(4.43±1.87),the symptom score of foreign body sensation in the throat was(2.60±1.00),the symptom score of irritability was(1.92±1.04),the symptom score of tightness in the chest,chest and rib cage distension and fullness was(1.68±1.07),and the symptom score of poor appetite was(1.80±1.15),and the symptom scores of the above groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Symptom points were significantly reduced(P<0.05)and was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Irritability,chest tightness,fullness of chest and ribs symptom points were significantly lower than that of the same period of Wangbuliuxing group(P<0.05).In Wangbuliuxing group,except for the symptom points of foreign body sensation in the throat,the rest of the symptom points were significantly lower than that of the same period of the control group(P<0.05).(2)The effective rate of Xiaojin Wan group was 79.17%,and that of Wang Bu Liuxing group was 52.17%,and the effective rate of Xiaojin Wan group was significantly higher than that of Wang Bu Liuxing group(P<0.05).(3)The maximum diameter of nodule after treatm
