摘 要:传统庄廓民居积极响应严寒气候,以低能耗提供适宜的室内环境。从传统庄廓民居中汲取经验,是解决现代民居节能与舒适矛盾的有效途径。基于“原型”理论,以性能为导向,将传统民居遵循的经验式建筑形制集合描述为“性能-形式原型”。建立“原型的定性提取-原型参数的定量研究-原型关键参数的优化-性能优化策略的提出”研究路径。定性提取河湟地区传统庄廓民居的形式原型,并对各原型形制的设计参数进行基于实例的量化分析。运用敏感性分析法和参数化计算机技术评估各原型参数对建筑性能指标的调节作用,优化原型的参数取值。基于优化结果,为河湟地区的民居性能提升及低能耗新民居设计提供思路和借鉴。Traditional Zhuangguo dwellings actively respond to the cold climate and provide a suitable indoor environment with low energy consumption.It is an effective way to solve the contradiction between energy saving and comfort of modern residential buildings to learn from the experience of traditional Zhuangguo dwellings.Based on the“archetype”theory and performance-oriented,this paper describes the empirical architectural form collection followed by dwellings as“performance-form archetype”.The research path of“qualitative extraction of archetype-quantitative study of archetype parameters-optimization of archetype key parameters-proposal of performance optimization strategy”is established.Firstly,the formal archetypes of traditional village dwellings in Hehuang area are qualitatively extracted,and the design parameters of each archetype are quantitatively analyzed based on examples.Then sensitivity analysis and parametric computer technology are used to evaluate the adjustment effect of each archetype parameter on the building performance index and optimize the parameter value of the archetype.Finally,based on the optimization results,it provides ideas and references for the performance improvement of dwellings in Hehuang area and the design of new dwellings with low energy consumption.
