摘 要:本文对高磷血症常用磷结合剂进行了溶液化学研究,探讨了体系pH值、磷结合剂、金属离子及酸类型对磷结合剂降磷效果的影响。溶液化学计算结果表明,稀土元素的水解化学反应性能不及铝、铁等血磷结合剂,但具有更好的稳定性和吸收性能。稀土类磷结合剂与磷反应性能及降磷效果优于钙系磷结合剂,镧制剂比传统的磷结合剂更有效、更安全。In this paper,the solution chemistry of phosphate binders commonly used in hyperphosphatemia is studied,and the effects of system pH value,phosphorus binders,metal ions and acid types on the phosphorus reduction effect of phosphate binders are discussed.The results of solution chemistry show that the hydrolysis chemical reaction performance of rare earth elements is not as good as that of aluminum,iron and other blood phosphorus binders,but has better stability and absorption performance.The reaction performance and phosphorus reduction effect of rare earth phosphorus binders are better than those of calcium-based phosphorus binders,and lanthanum preparations are more effective and safer than traditional phosphorus binders.
