摘 要:目的:优化决明子中蒽醌类化合物的加热回流提取工艺。方法:以决明子中总蒽醌提取率为指标,通过单因素实验和L_(9)(3^(4))正交实验考察乙醇体积分数、提取时间、料液比、提取温度的影响。结果:最佳工艺为乙醇体积分数70%,提取时间2.0 h,料液比1∶30(g∶mL),提取温度85℃。在此条件下,决明子总蒽醌平均提取率为4.79%。结论:通过正交实验优选的决明子蒽醌类化合物提取工艺提取率较高、工艺稳定,为获得一种尽可能简便易行、绿色环保、成本低的提取方法提供了参考。Objective:To optimize the extraction process of anthraquinones from Sickle Senna seed.Methods:Taking the extraction rate of total anthraquinone in Sickle Senna seed as the index,the effects of ethanol volume fraction,extraction time,solid-liquid ratio and extraction temperature are investigated by single factor experiment and L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal experiment.Results:The optimal process is as follows:ethanol volume fraction of 70%,extraction time of 2.0 h,solid-liquid ratio of 1 to 30(g to mL),and extraction temperature of 85°C.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of total anthraquinone from Sickle Senna seed is 4.79%.Conclusion:The extraction process optimized by orthogonal experiments has high extraction rate and stable process,which provides a reference for the industrial production of anthraquinones in Sickle Senna seed.
