摘 要:金属加工各个阶段都会产生不同成分的废水,其中包括高浓度乳化油废水。某一金属加工企业的高浓度乳化油废水COD_(cr)值达到9.80×10^(5) mg/L,油脂含量高达33.84 g/L。通过破乳-气浮法、蒸馏浓缩工艺预处理后,油水极大程度地得到了物理分离和回收。中段废水通过碱性凝聚、使用复合絮凝剂絮凝沉淀工艺后,废水COD值总体下降了99%以上。Wastewater with different compositions is generated at various stages of metal processing,including highconcentration emulsified oil wastewater.The COD_(cr) value of high-concentration emulsified oil wastewater from a certain metal processing enterprise reaches 9.80×10^(5)mg/L,with an oil content of up to 33.84 g/L.After pretreatment using the demulsification-air flotation method and distillation concentration process,oil and water are physically separated and recovered to a great extent.The mid-stage wastewater treatment process involves alkaline coagulation and the use of composite flocculants for flocculation and sedimentation,resulting in an overall reduction of more than 99%in the COD value of the effluent water quality.
