摘　　要：基因甲基化作为一种重要的表观遗传修饰,能够通过调控基因表达影响细胞的生物学行为,在肿瘤的发生和发展中起着关键作用。本文以肿瘤DNA甲基化标志物检测为切入点,探究甲基化检测的临床应用价值。同时,结合甲基化检测的法规提供临床评价方法的建议。Gene methylation,as an important epigenetic modification,can affect the biological behavior of cells by regulating gene expression and plays a key role in the occurrence and development of tumors.This article takes the detection of tumor DNA methylation markers as the starting point to explore the clinical application value of methylation detection.At the same time,recommendations for clinical evaluation methods should be provided in conjunction with regulations on methylation testing.
