摘　　要：建立QuEChERs-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)测定太子参中208种农药残留快速检测方法.样品用1%的酸化乙腈溶液提取、盐析,再经无水硫酸镁、十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶(C 18)、乙二胺-N-丙基硅烷化硅胶(PSA)萃取净化,多反应监测(MRM)测定,外标法定量.208种农药在0.010~0.10 mg·L-1质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.990,方法的定量限为0.010 mg·kg-1,在添加农药质量浓度为0.010~0.050 mg·kg-1时回收率为70.1%~120.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.29%~9.17%(n=6).该方法简单、快捷、精密度和准确度高,能够满足太子参中的208种农药残留的检测要求.To establish a method for the rapid detection of 208 pesticide residues in Pseudostellaria heterophylla by QuEChERs-ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS),the sample was extracted with acetonitrile(containing 1%Acetic Acid)and followed by salting-out process,which was further purified by C 18,PSA and MgSO 4,and the multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)was measured with the external standard method quantified.The standard curves for 208 analytes were linear over the concentration range of 0.010~0.10 mg·L-1,which the correlation coefficient was more than 0.990.The limit of quantitation(LOQ)was 0.010 mg·kg-1,the recovery rate was 70.1%~120.0%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 0.29%~9.17%(n=6)when the amount was 0.010~0.050 mg·kg-1.This method is simple,quick,with a better precision,higher accuracy,and could be applied to detect the 208 pesticide residues in Pseudostellaria heterophylla.
